On the 21^st of June 2017, during the 6^th National Scientific Convention Food Contact Expert in Forte dei Marmi Dr. Marinella Vitulli, Director of the Food Contact Center, presented to an audience with specific academic background muriel  ^®-food,  the innovative silicone yarn for food contact applications. Dr. Vitulli performed a scientific comparative study showing the clear superiority of muriel  ^®-food, concerning food safety, towards traditional elastic natural rubber products.
