On 9 November 2022, CEO Mario Dorighelli and Director Thomas Klotz participated in a meeting with Marco Landi, former President of Apple Inc. in the years 1997-1998.
Marco Landi began his successful career at Texas Instruments as a simple engineer, eventually becoming President of the European Division of Apple Inc. and later its CEO in 1997-1998. In this position, Marco Landi played a key role in Steve Jobs’ return to the Cupertino Company. To this day, the Tuscan manager is still involved in technology research and development as an investor and participating in forums and conferences.
During the meeting, organised by Confindustria Trento, Marco Landi relived his outstanding professional career and talked about the current role of artificial intelligence in the labour context and its future perspectives.
Marco Landi praised the fact that the Region Trentino is able to boast Companies such as LeMur Srl, which have the ability to collaborate with corporations of the calibre of Apple and are able to meet the technological, design and organisational requirements of multinational companies of this size.
