End of September the main Italian and foreign partners from the various business sectors of the LeMur network met in Trentino to take part in the event organised by LeMur to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
The event was an opportunity to consolidate LeMur’s network of relationships with its partners, institutions and local community. During two intense days, Managing Director Mario Dorighelli and Director Thomas Klotz guided the guests through a rich programme of initiatives: “A way,” explain Dorighelli and Klotz, “to make our partners ambassadors of our Company and our territory in the World. The event gave us a unique opportunity to celebrate our common success”.
The guests had the opportunity to visit the factory in Ala: the very place where LeMur researches and develops innovative ideas.
The results of the Company’s 25 years of activity were then exhibited in the premises of Castel Pietra: a showcase of LeMur’s diverse production possibilities and potential.
On display were stockings and tights from Calzedonia and FALKE, which are used in traditional markets, as well as protective clothing from Theodolf Fritsche GmbH & Co. KG, sports shoes from Diamant and Nike and futuristic applications from Apple Inc.
The exhibition also highlighted the history of LeMur from the creation of Alafil to the launch of Muriel: from muriel med, used in cosmetic surgery, to muriel food (an elastic yarn developed for cooking at high temperatures) and muriel mf (elastic yarn with ferromagnetic properties).
As part of the visit to the production sites in Ala, LeMur organised a series of events to promote its connection with the region and the local cultural heritage, namely a historical representation in the aristocratic residence of Palazzo Pizzini in Ala, in collaboration with the association ‘I Vellutai’ , and a culinary walk at the ‘Borgo Dei Posseri’ winery.
“A genuine convivial atmosphere was created,” continued the LeMur management, “which was certainly also made possible by the leisure activities on offer during the day. For example, an archery tournament organised in collaboration with the ‘APD Kosmos’ association from Rovereto”.
